Erre a h\u00e1rom\u00e9ves \u00e1rbev\u00e9tel-n\u00f6veked\u00e9s\u00fck alapj\u00e1n ker\u00fclhetnek fel a v\u00e1llalatok, egy olyan mez\u0151nyben, amit f\u0151k\u00e9nt nyugat-eur\u00f3pai technol\u00f3giai \u00e9s energetikai c\u00e9gek domin\u00e1lnak. M\u00e9g figyelemrem\u00e9lt\u00f3bb azonban, hogy 2025-ben a c\u00e9g a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/13a35b35-eb0f-4935-bbd2-afbdc984cb4e\">Financial Times \u2013 Europe\u2019s Long-Term Growth Champions<\/a> list\u00e1j\u00e1n, amely a v\u00e1llalatokat t\u00edz\u00e9ves n\u00f6veked\u00e9si teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny alapj\u00e1n \u00e9rt\u00e9keli, a rangsor legelej\u00e9n, a 4. helyen v\u00e9gzett.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h6><strong>A n\u00f6veked\u00e9st\u0151l a strukt\u00farav\u00e1lt\u00e1sig<\/strong><\/h6><p>A n\u00f6veked\u00e9s azonban nemcsak elismer\u00e9sek form\u00e1j\u00e1ban mutatkozott meg, hanem abban is, hogy a Lak\u00f3g\u00e9p az elm\u00falt \u00e9vtized alatt olyan szervezett\u00e9 v\u00e1lt, amely m\u00e1r az alap\u00edt\u00f3 napi jelenl\u00e9te n\u00e9lk\u00fcl is m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151k\u00e9pes. Elmond\u00e1sa szerint amennyire neh\u00e9z d\u00f6nt\u00e9s volt ez r\u00e9sz\u00e9r\u0151l &#8211; hogy a saj\u00e1t kezei k\u00f6z\u00f6tt feln\u0151tt szervezet tov\u00e1bbi fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9nek ne \u00e1lljon \u0151 az \u00fatj\u00e1ba &#8211; legal\u00e1bb annyira nagy b\u00fcszkes\u00e9g is sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, hogy id\u00e1ig eljutott a c\u00e9g. Kialakult egy olyan bels\u0151 m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s, egy \u00e1tadhat\u00f3 \u00e9s \u00e1tvehet\u0151 v\u00e1llalati rendszer, amely imm\u00e1r fejleszthet\u0151 tov\u00e1bb.<\/p><p>B\u00e1r sok magyar v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s \u00e9let\u00e9ben aktu\u00e1lis most a gener\u00e1ci\u00f3v\u00e1lt\u00e1s, a Lak\u00f3g\u00e9p eset\u00e9ben sokkal ink\u00e1bb strukt\u00farav\u00e1lt\u00e1sr\u00f3l besz\u00e9lhet\u00fcnk.
